A personal tracker is not an emergency service and does not replace emergency numbers. Coverage, battery life and alarms depend on the device model, the SIM and the configuration.

With compatible devices that have an SOS button or fall detection, the alarm is recorded and notified to the users who can see that device.

A clear purpose. Clear consent.
Locating a person involves personal data. Define who carries the device, who can see its position and why. When the device is used by employees, monitoring must respect the GDPR and Article 4 of the Italian Workers’ Statute (Law 300/1970).

Which personal trackers are compatible?
Compatibility depends on the model and its protocol. We check each device before activation; some models only use 2G networks, which must still be available from the SIM operator.
Does the SOS button call emergency services?
No. The platform records the alarm and notifies the users of the device. It is not a rescue service and does not replace emergency numbers.
Can I share the position with someone?
You can create a location link with an expiry date and an optional password, without giving access to the whole account.
Can I use it to locate employees?
Only for legitimate purposes and in compliance with the GDPR and the rules on remote monitoring of workers (Article 4 of Law 300/1970). Inform the people involved and limit access to those who need it.
