What is the difference between fleet location and fleet management?
Location answers the question “where are the vehicles right now?”. Management adds groups, history, reports and alerts, to understand how the fleet is used over time.
Can I manage cars, vans and work vehicles together?
Yes. Every vehicle with a compatible device appears on the same platform, and you can organise vehicles into groups.
Can I export the kilometres travelled?
Yes. Trip reports include kilometres and can be downloaded in PDF, Excel or CSV. The values come from the data received from the GPS device.
Do I need employees’ consent to locate company vehicles?
The GDPR and Article 4 of Law 300/1970 apply: depending on the case, a union agreement or authorisation from the Labour Inspectorate may be required, and employees must be informed. Check your obligations with your consultant.
